Processing Time
Most orders are created within 3 -5 business days after all order details have been confirmed. During holidays and peak seasons, additional processing time may be required. If you need your gift by a specific date, please let me know when you submit your request. I'll always do my best to accommodate your timeline.
Shipping
I proudly ship anywhere in the United States. Once your gift has shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Local Pickup
If you're local, pickup may be available by appointment. Contact me before placing your order to arrange details.
Returns & Refunds
Because every gift is custom designed specifically for each customer, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and its contents. I'll work with you to make it right.
